The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We request that you do not enter our storage facility if you or someone in your residence is exhibiting signs of any illness.
As a result of extended local and state declarations in response to COVID-19, we have implemented the following policies:
We are open during normal business hours but the rental office door will remain locked to the public. Employees will be on duty to manage the property as usual and can handle almost any task without direct contact. Please do not ask the manager to unlock the door. It’s for your safety and theirs during this unusual time.
All storage units are accessible during our normal gate access hours, 6:00AM to 10:00PM. This may change as the situation evolves.
We will wipe down the entrance and exit keypads during business hours with disinfectants as long as we're able to obtain a supply. Please follow CDC guidelines when on the property, including washing your hands as soon as possible after touching common surfaces, don't touch your face and maintain your distance from others. Please DO NOT use our keypads if you or someone in your household is exhibiting signs of illness.
We strongly encourage our customers to utilize our online account service to make rental payments. You can complete much of your account management without visiting our facility, creating a safer environment for you and our employees:
